Josiah Frazier, about 76 yeares old and prominent farmer passed away at his home 3 miles south of HIllsboro Fri morninga bout 9 o'lcock. Mr. Frazier has been in poor health some time, having a parlytic strokea bout 3 years ago which renered him almost helpless and he had improved very little since that time. Funeral services wer eheld from the residence Sunday. He was a relative of Mesdames GW kerr and Tom Glascock of this city.
